Research & Development
In recent years, Caisheng has persisted in developing new printing machines. We are the first to develop and manufacture the label printing machine that integrates printing and die-cutting. We have innovatively employed the spindle taper gland cover to eliminate the spindle clearance and greatly improve the printing precision.
We keep up with the latest label printing technology and the industrial trend so as to provide energy-efficient and cost-effective printing machines. So far, we have obtained more than 20 utility model patents and more than 10 invention patents.
Raw Materials
The raw materials have relived internal stress after a long-time aging process to avoid material deformation and ensure long-term operational stability.
Machine Frame Manufacturing
The machine frame and guide rails have been precisely grinded and manually scraped to achieve the highest working accuracy.
Parts/Precision Parts Manufacturing
One grinder is used to grind guide rails and improve the printing machine’s working precision. Its working parallelism is 0.03-0.05mm;
Six CNC machining centers are employed and the processing precision is up to 0.01mm.
Two cylindrical grinders are used to process the spindle and achieve a working precision of 0.01mm.
The flatness deviation of the flatbed is within 0.02mm after scraping process and the perpendicularity tolerance is within 0.02mm.
Paint Spraying
Automotive paint is used to keep the printer surface as bright and gloss as new after years of use.
